This page is where you sign up to receive text messages from Victory Grids, the Squares pool service operated by Ohana Tech LLC at victorygrids.com. It is open to anyone — no account, no invite link, and no purchase.

Platform type

Public, mobile-responsive website. There is no mobile app, and the Service is not distributed through the App Store or Google Play.

Every Victory Grids SMS opt-in is collected on a web form like the one above. We do not collect consent by keyword, by phone call, on paper, or from any third party, and we never buy or import phone number lists.

What you are agreeing to

By entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box above, you agree to receive these Victory Grids messages:

Board reminders — for example: “Victory Grids: Only 8 squares left on "Super Bowl Pool" and it locks in 24h. Claim yours: {link}. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Board lock & go-live alerts — for example: “Victory Grids: Your grid on "Super Bowl Pool" is full and numbers are locked in! Good luck. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Winner notifications — for example: “Victory Grids: You won Q2 on "Super Bowl Pool"! Your square hit 7-3. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Messages from your pool host — for example: “Victory Grids: A message from your host on "Super Bowl Pool": Kickoff is at 6:30, grid locks at 6:00. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies and depends on the pools you join and the games they follow — typically a few messages per game or event. Message and data rates may apply. Victory Grids does not charge for the messages themselves.

Consent is not a condition of using Victory Grids or of participating in any pool. If you leave the box unticked, nothing is recorded and you receive no messages.

How to stop or get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

You can also email support@victorygrids.com. We do not share or sell your mobile number or your opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
