What we do

Victory Grids is a free web application, operated by Ohana Tech LLC, for running Squares pools — the 10x10 grid game friends, families, and coworkers play alongside football and other sporting events. A host creates a grid for a game and shares an invite link; the people they invite claim squares on it; once the grid is full, the row and column digits are randomly assigned, and the last digit of each team's score at the end of each quarter decides that quarter's winning square. Ohana Tech LLC is a software company; the Service is a consumer sports-entertainment and social gaming product, and its only function is to run and display these grids.

How it works

1. A host creates a grid. Someone signs up for a free account, picks the two teams and the kickoff time, and creates a grid for that game.
2. They share an invite link. The host sends the grid to the friends, family, or coworkers they want in the pool. Players do not need an account to join and claim squares.
3. Players claim squares. Each player taps the squares they want on the grid. Everyone can see in real time which squares are taken and by whom.
4. Numbers are drawn when the grid fills. Once every square is claimed, the digits 0 through 9 are randomly shuffled onto the rows and the columns, and the grid locks. No one can influence which numbers they get.
5. Scores decide the winners. At the end of each quarter, the last digit of each team's score picks one square on the grid, and whoever claimed that square wins the quarter. The host enters the scores as the game goes.

How the business works

Victory Grids is free to use. Ohana Tech LLC does not charge for the Service, does not process payments, does not accept entry fees, never holds or transfers funds, and does not award cash or prizes of any kind. There is no wallet, no checkout, and no payment processor connected to the Service. If a host chooses to organize a buy-in among their own friends, that arrangement is entirely between those people and happens off-platform; Victory Grids has no visibility into it and takes no part in it. The Service records only who claimed which square and which squares won.

Who uses it

Friends, families, coworkers, and neighborhood groups who want to run a Squares pool for a football game or another sporting event without drawing a grid on paper and chasing everyone down by hand. A host creates the grid and invites their own group; Victory Grids is not a public marketplace and pools are not open to strangers unless the host deliberately makes one public.

Platform type

Public, mobile-responsive website. There is no mobile app, and the Service is not distributed through the App Store or Google Play.

Victory Grids runs entirely in a web browser at victorygrids.com, on phones and desktops alike. A free account is required to host a pool. Players invited to a pool can claim squares as guests without creating an account.

Text message notifications

Victory Grids offers optional SMS notifications about the pools you are in. They are strictly opt-in: you receive nothing unless you enter a mobile number and tick an unchecked consent box on one of our web forms.
