This document is published by Ohana Tech LLC and governs the Victory Grids service and the Victory Grids SMS messaging program.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ohana Tech LLC (“Victory Grids,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Victory Grids mobile app and website at victorygrids.com (the “Service”).

Information we collect

Account & profile information — such as your email address, display name, nickname, optional avatar, and mobile phone number.
Gameplay information — the pools you create or join, squares you claim, and scores.
Guest information — if you claim squares as a guest, the nickname, name, and phone number you provide.
Technical information — basic device and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

To operate the Service and run your Squares pools.
To send account and pool notifications, including optional SMS text messages you have consented to receive.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To protect the security and integrity of the Service.

Mobile information and SMS

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through a phone-number form in the Service, we use it to send you the account and pool notification text messages described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies and depends on the pools you join and the games they follow — typically a few messages per game or event. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share mobile information with service providers, such as Twilio, only as needed to deliver requested SMS messages and operate the Service. Those service providers are not permitted to use mobile information or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, our hosting provider and our SMS delivery provider, Twilio), only as needed to provide the Service, and subject to the mobile information limits above. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or guest profile is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
